For us to continue our top payouts & services, we must deter non-Canada affiliates from abusing the CanadaAffiliatePrograms.com network. As you read our Terms and Conditions, remember it is designed to protect you and other Canadian affiliates by denying commissions to non-Canada residency persons, thus discouraging them from registering and possibly jeopardizing the top commissions we are able to offer to our Canada affiliate partners.
This Terms and Conditions Agreement between You; hereinafter also referred to as 'Canadian', 'Canada', 'Canada Resident', 'Your' and 'Affiliate', and with Pulsar Marketing; hereinafter also referred to as 'CanadaAffiliatePrograms.com', 'Us', 'We' and 'Our', is designed to protect the interests of Canadian affiliates as well as Pulsar Marketing. You understand and agree that Our CanadaAffiliatePrograms.com network is for Canada residents only, and by submitting Our registration form You are stating that You currently reside in Canada and that You shall receive valid, earned commissions only for as long as You remain a Canada resident. You understand and agree that the Canada resident requirement is to deter non-Canada residents from fraudulent registration by Our denail of commissions to non-Canada residents. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, Pulsar Marketing will be able to continue offering top payouts to Canada residency affiliates. By Your submission of Our application form to be a Pulsar Marketing affiliate on the CanadaAffiliatePrograms.com network, You are testifying that You are indeed a current resident of Canada and You will not relocate to a non-Canada address within 90 days, and that You understand and agree to these Terms and Conditions for being an affiliate of CanadaAffiliatePrograms.com and for receiving commission payments generated as a result of Your promotion of Our affiliate programs and the valid generation of commissions. Unless otherwise stated for any particular affiliate program on Our CanadaAffiliatePrograms.com network, You agree to place Our affiliate program links only websites which specifically target U.S. consumers, and only on websites which We have approved for placing Our affiliate program links, and that such websites do not offer incentives to visitors or to sub-affiliates for generating commissions on Your behalf. If an affiliate program allows link placement onto websites which target Canadian consumers, that permission will be clearly visible in the Campaign's details. Hence, if You do not see such permission, You agree to place the affiliate program link(s) only onto websites which specifically target U.S. consumers only. You agree not to use any means to fraudulently inflate clicks, leads, sales or bonus revenues. You agree to receive Our email newsletters and correspondences, and to maintain a valid email address which does not block nor filter Your receipt of Our email newsletters and correspondences. You further agree to respond to Our newsletters and correspondences if such require Your response. You understand and agree that commission payments are monthly, by the end of each month for the preceding month's revenue, if such revenue is a minimum of $50.00. In the event the monthly amount is less than $50.00, the amount will be carried forward month-to-month until the $50.00 minimum is achieved. In the event You should cancel your affiliate account with a balance below $50.00, You agree to forfeit that amount. As part of Our Canada residency verification, payments are made by mailed check to a physical Canada mailing address, not to a P.O. box. Commissions are paid by Pulsar Marketing only upon receipt of Your current year W8-BEN tax form, which must be mailed to Us (see address at bottom), as this is also part of Our Canada residency verification. If You generate a commission payout of $50.00 or more but You have not yet submitted Your current year W8-BEN tax form, Pulsar Marketing will hold the check for up to 90 days. If Pulsar Marketing mails a commission check to You but the check is either returned as undeliverable, Pulsar Marketing will hold the check for up to 90 days to give You time to correct Your Canada physical mailing address. If Your check is uncashed within 30 days of the Post Mark date, Pulsar Marketing will assume the check was undeliverable and the check shall be Voided and You shall forfeit the commission payment. In the event You change Your physical mailing address from a Canada residency physical mailing address to a non-Canada mailing address or to a P.O Box, You shall forfeit Your commissions and Pulsar Marketing shall deem Your Canada residency claim as fraudulent. If You are to relocate to a non-Canada residency, We advise You to discontinue generating commissions via Our affiliate program links in advance, as any and all commission payments generated; yet unpaid, shall not be forwarded to a non-Canada and/or non-physical mailing address and shall be forfeited by You.
